Copyright and takedown
Last updated: October 28, 2026
ArgusMesh stores files that customers upload, mostly patient scans. Customers must have the right to upload them. This page explains how to tell us about content that infringes your copyright.
1. Send a notice
Send your notice to: JDD Dental ApS, Fredericiagade 42, 6000 Kolding, Denmark, argusmesh@gmail.com.
A notice must contain:
- your name, address, email address and phone number, and your signature or electronic signature;
- a description of the work you say is infringed;
- where the infringing file is in ArgusMesh, with enough detail for us to find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
2. What we do
When we receive a valid notice we promptly remove or disable access to the file and tell the customer who uploaded it. We keep a record of each notice and what we did.
3. Counter-notice
If you uploaded the file and believe it was removed by mistake, send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the file, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the courts that apply. If the person who sent the notice does not start legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the file.
4. Repeat infringers
We end the access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. False notices can make the sender liable for damages.
